is teaming up with Chefs Joe Sparatta & Lee Gregory at Heritage, Monday November 11th.

Together they are preparing a 5 course tasting menu inspired by Ideas in Food’s latest book release: Maximum Flavor: Recipes That Will Change the Way You Cook.

Bartenders Mattias Hägglund & Thomas “T” Leggett will be preparing special craft cocktails for the event.
